The current live site
Purpose
Fortex sells a precast wall system — dual concrete shells around an insulated core — to home builders, and needs its site to make a technical product legible fast. Its first deployment is a Mrcela Custom Homes project in Lake Nona, Orlando.
Design decisions
- Leading with the finished result — a real Tavistock, Orlando build using the system — rather than material diagrams, since builders buy outcomes first.
- Keeping the technical claims (fire, wind, seismic performance) but structuring them so they scan in seconds, not paragraphs.
